New elder announcement

Hello RU,
A word from the press. Soon we will make a decision on new elders and we would like to thank all that showed interest in becoming an elder. It has been overwhelming!!! You all know we have a well-managed clan with clear rules and guidelines, and few elders to take care of this. The word few here has been key to our success and will be maintained going forward. As a consequence we obviously cannot promote all that applied for elder. If you applied and are not selected as a new elder don’t be disappointed as we value every member in our clan. Being in this clan makes you special already. To give some background on our future decision new elder(s) that will be appointed will be selected on the following criteria:

• Active player, and active and supportive in the clan chat;

• Experience (in RU);

• Knowing, applying and explaining our rules when needed and when elders are not online;

• High dons.

We cannot stress enough the importance of the last point; the more we all donate the stronger we are on the battlefield resulting in more loot for all individuals and as a consequence faster upgrades of defenses and troops closing the loop by getting stronger troops in your clan castle and being stronger on the battlefield. So all please join us in beefing up donations and speed up this repetitive cycle and make yourself and RU better ultimately!!!

Hello RU,
As you all have seen in the clan chat we made our decision on new elders and I think we all agree that Lobwan and Ron deserved the open spots for elders based on the earlier announced criteria. Therefore please join me in congratulating our new elders and I am looking forward to have their support in managing our fantastic clan into a even more fantastic and high performance clan. We also want to thank all others that applied for the elder positions for their shown interest and enthusiasm, you were all great candidates making the decision making process more difficult to us. All keep smiling, donating, requesting in other words CLASH ON!!!
