Reddit United Review Week 10

Hello RU,

After all previous jubilant reviews unfortunately this review I have to start off with the sad news we had to say goodbye to our veteran members; Godric, Phong, Shayne and The Andyman as they did not sign up to our forum after making clear in multiple ways (weekly reviews, in-game messages by Envy and raztog’s every other sentence in the chat Very Happy

) yesterday was the deadline for signing up. Although we regret this had to be done we all have to follow the rules we all signed up for without exceptions. The rules are there to support us and making in-game life easier and not subject to arbitrariness as you will see in many other clans with no rules and/or too many elders making their own calls. Leader and elders hope you will understand our position. On the positive side our veterans are more than welcome to come back to Reddit United after signing up to our forum. Spread the word!
Back to game content and the recent update. It looks like already ages ago and it appears we are all settled in with the latest update of the game. The biggest changes at a glance:
- League system including loot bonus is not the expected game changer at lower level leagues where most of us are in. From the first reactions this seemed to be the common opinion in our guild
- Golem added as a new dark elixir troop (not seen in action yet but looks like the damage per second is quite low on the other hand it has massive hitpoints)
- Additional air defense made it more difficult for many of us with the healer/giants army composition Sad

- Leader can send in-game messages to all members Very Happy

- Time stamp in the chat has been fixed Very Happy

- Turning multiple walls Very Happy

- Two week tournament cycle

Given the new tournament cycle we have decided to sync the reviews to the new cycle and change to fortnightly reviews going forward because all statistics are now reset on a bi-weekly schedule. The new cycle also changed the dynamics of donations as it looks like donations are going slower in the second week to the disappointment of many of us. I have seen several remarks and complaints on this in the chat. Everybody should know that we are aiming for a highly collaborative clan. To reach this goal and adjust to the new cycle leader and elders are contemplating on a new system for minimum requirements to support this objective. More to come on this but in the meantime keep up your donations!
